installation

i have installed 44" shade cloth around my pens. along with predator wire. two questions for those with experience. how long can i expect shade cloth to last, and should i put loose rock around the bottom also? i have 20" of metal predator wire to control digging under fence also. thanks

I have 58" 100% poly shade to put up. I have pounded wooden posts on about 16' centers. My thinking is to rip some treated lumber and screw to the flat side of the fence (the posts) but how often do I need to attach between posts? And how? Yes, I get some wind on this fence. It is a...
