limp

I have a yearling buck that has been limping on his front leg for a couple days now. It looks to me that it's his shoulder. Not sure if it's dislocated or what. No sign of any wound or anything. Should I keep monitoring it and see if it heals on its own, give him meds, or call the vet? Thanks...
