Hello all i have a 2 year old white tail doe that has had blood in her loose stool for a week now what could this be? Thanks also seems to have mucus as well

fawn 3.5 mths old not eating much and loose stool  worned 2.5 wks ago and backed up 4 days ago  wormed with panacur  4cc each time any suggestions   thanks
