missing

We have a doe with a patch of hair missing. It looks like she is pulling her hair out and there are little red bumps on her skin. Any idea what it is and how to treat it?

I have a question. I had a doe pull her cidr out, I did cut the ball off before insertion. Today found the cidr gone when we were removing them all, I give her a shot of folligon anyway. Should I AI her still?
