need help with fawn

I have a 3 week old buck fawn not doing good. He is walking in circles, has a small abscess on his head (grape size) really runny/goopy eyes (whitish) , he also seems to be picking his hoofs up extra high with each step. Obviously feels aweful. My husband usually takes care of any problems but...
