nub

Any advice on what to do with this buck. I'm not sure what is going on. I had him down and it is solid and still rounded. It looks like he tore the top off his Pedicle. This deer did have an infection last year but dropped both antlers normally in February. I gave antibiotics and put iodine on it.

One of my buck fawns just stuck his head through the fence and broke one of his nubs when he pulled back through. Has anyone had this happen? I am not sure if he broke just the top inch or if the pedicle is broke too..has this happened to anyone else, did they survive, and if so how did it...
