pulling

I have a buck fawn that is ripping out the hair of another buck fawn. He has managed to make bald patches on his butt. Someone had said maybe he was doing it himself, but I literally saw the other buck fawn doing it to him. Any suggestions?

I have a doe fawn from this year that is pulling all her hair out. She is getting so bad its down to the skin and i don't know what is causing her to do it. I am looking for any suggestions on what i should do to help her. 

any opinions on the effect of pulling all fawns from first time mothers? i know the doe would be in better condition for fall breeding , but does it effect her mothering ability as fas as future fawning? thanks  tom l
