How do I fix this and what is wrong. He rubs all the time but come on

I have a yearling buck that keeps rubbing the tip of his beam to the point its bleeding. Would like to know if anybody has an idea on what to do. He still has some filling out to do. I thought about clamping it and wondering about giving him some meds, any thoughts would be appreciated.
