shaking

both fawns started shaking their heads like they may have mites in their ears. Is this something normal? If mites - any suggestions? Both are fine otherwise - eating good bottle & pellets & browse. Coats look fine. Can't see anything in their ears, but then my eyesite ain't what it used...
