Just getting started in deer farming. Does anyone know how many acres are required for a shooting preserve in NY?

Got this a$$ hole reliefer neighbor shooting target sets off fireworks near my deer pens,isn't there a 150yr livestock safety zone,plus there neighbors beside him,there is no ordinances in my township,does any one know the law and knows someone who takes care of a$$holes?
