Whats best , putting site barrier on the inside or out side of the fence ?

With the recent development of people copying and pasting our comments to other boards is there a way that the whole site could be member only viewable? Not like we have anything to hide, but it is everyday terms, and talk that we think nothing of that is being used against us. Just a thought.
