Does anybody know all the closed state borders? And if their is a closed state border can that state still take deer to other states and just can’t allow new deer in?

What is the status/outlook for deer farming? I understand this could be a loaded question. I'm sure you may have heard or answered in previous years but I'm interested in where you feel it stands today-and for the future. would you consider it a Fad, ushered out by over regulation? What's next?

So i would really like to know whuch states allow at least the possession of some kind of cervid, with a license or no. Anyone?
