uneven

I have a total of 7 buck fawns. 2 of them have uneven buttons. on one of them the left is 1 1/2 inches lower (toward his nose) than the other. The second buck has his right about 1 inch olwer than his left Is this a birth defect? will the misalignment be lifelong or will they even up as time...
