wobbly

I have a 10 month old fawn gave a shot of penicillin for ear tag infection and now the fawn is wobbly in the back end and walking on its knuckles have given many shots before and never had this happen did I hit a nerve our something? What can I do out or will it come out of this? Thanks Eric
