Revamping my handling facility.

I'm thinking about redoing my handling facility mainly my tunnel system. I currently have osb for the tunnel and bolted to a pole at each end of the plywood. I was on a budget when I built it lol. It works but not as well as it should and makes me nervous when there banging around in there. I was thinking of constructing my tunnel out of 1 1/2" square tubing and making some sliding gates instead of gueteen gates like what I have. Again it works ok but not like I want it. So what would I use to make the gates slide. What kind of rollers would I need? I'd assume something like on an old barn door?? I suppose I could get some V-Groove bearings on a flat iron for the rail? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Weve used wood on wood with bees wax havent touched it since constructed and still slides fine.
Ive seen other guys use hard plastic somthing thick like a cutting board and drilll pieces out with a holesaw cup to get ur rollers.
Keeping it on the cheap side

UHMW is the stuff you are talking about I'll bet. V groove bearings are really cheap. Just a thought?? Do you make the tunnel system all self contained or do you use your existing floor for the bottom of the tunnel? Does that make sense?

10×12 concrete pad inside barn. Tunnels are shaped in a horseshoe. Let me see if i can find my plans a buddy made me.

Here it is for anyone else interested in a small but effective handleing area.

Leave it dirt floor. I had plywood on the floor before and when they walk on it and start making a bunch of noise it freaks them out. Stick with dirt!

I did think about that. Thanks for your input. I also thought about putting down rubber inside on the floor that would help quiet things down
