Doe or buck fawn

I have a four month old fawn.I was told he was a buck fawn but he isn't showing any signs that indicate he is . I am wandering if he is in fact a she Lol. Elliot has been raised by me since 3 days old.picture is included to help out in telling what gender it is. I was told if they have black spots between eyes and ears it will be a buck?? Thanks for any info
