Here you go Randy,

Triplets born in 2007 out of a doe AI'd and purchased from Bill Pettinger.

Sire: JRV Chance

Dam: Redoy Hightop / Lolli Brothers Winchester.

These are two of the three in the first pic. The second pic is the third. So far so good, but we'll have to see how they finish out. The buck on the right in the first pic is the bottle fed and the runt when they were born that tore his rack up three times last year as a yearling and almost didn't survive as a new born fawn.

Thanks Steve. Now all we need is tine length and at least 5 points on each side, and typical frames. We'll know in a couple months.

Steve / Sam

We were just down at Mark's place a couple of days ago and he has a Timberjack yearling that was looking REAL good. Can't wait to see what he looks like next time we go down there. I'll try to get some pics.

Timberjack is definately throwing em... starting to make his mark, hopefully we can get some of him in our herd in a year or two. Already got this year all filled up. Hopefully next year.

I am really starting to see the difference in good genetics.

A.V., I'm being nosy, but why are your pics with a cuddy back? It may be easier to load, I dont know?

We have a pen full of Timberjack yearlings. They all look great. I don't even know which one to take a picture of! Here are some. The first 3 are Timberjack/Marti Gras. I'm not sure of the dam side of the other yet. The first one is looking really good. He was bottle fed (they all are), but he is huge. I bet he weighs 175+ lbs! I say that because i didn't really get a good picture that does him justice. he had a later start as well. But ill show you guys anyway!

Looking real good Brian. Keep us updated as they grow out.

We may have to start a Timberjack yearling thread. Seems like there are alot of good ones out there. I wish we had one or two of them.

Reed, I use the Cuddeback because I get to choose from dozens of pictures per day, I get pictures of everyone I can't get close to (without causing a potential hazard) and the camera is working even when I'm not there. I spend plenty of time choring every day, but I get a good look at what is going on at night or in the mid-day when I'm not around.

Brain the Timberjack bucks fawns is some of the bigest fawn I ever saw, they have big heads hek they look like there was 3 weeks old when the hit the ground .Something else there will calm .Brain if you got to many just send some to me.

Steve

Yes Steve, Timberjack puts big healthy fawns on the ground! Breeding Timberjack to Marti Gras does was a great idea. That combination is one of my favoites!

Here are 4 DIFFERENT yearlings in our pen. I'm havng a great time watching them grow and Its fun sharing them with you guys! The first one is a Waylon yearling. The second is a Lumberjack (Timberjack WB). The last 2 are Timberjacks. I'm not sure on the dam side of these deer yet.

Brian.
