Antlers 2011

Tim what happened to the buck you had last year that was 2/3 grown out by may15th ? He looked like he was going to be a dandy. Also, I would like to be in the club that you and Sam are starting, I wont pay dues, will never come to meetings and wont tell anyone Im even a member. I will remember to forget Im even in the club.

Darren, You won't even know you are a member. Its a secret club u know.---That buck ended up scoring 348 and I had to have him put down by a hunter. Ha He was one of the best looking bucks I have seen with a huge frame and 7 drop tines. The money went for batting lessons.

Bill, I'll bet with your weather he blows his score from last year away! Looking real good.

He's a little farther along than his older brother Maxin Alike

B, John Ward and I own the buttonbuck together and he is on Wards farm. I asked John about him a few days ago and he said that his buttons got to about 3 1/2 or 4 inches long, then he shed his velvet. In mid March he lost his horns. John said he is starting to grow his yearling rack now. Time will tell, I will try to post some pics of him as he grows out. Some of the other Redline yearlings are looking good already also, there is one in Texas that looks like he is going to be something really special. Darren

Good glad to hear that. Hope all goes well with your fawns this year and the bucks. Good Luck to you all. We keep watching for the pictures. Thanks Darren!
