Swollen utters and in bad shape! suggestions???

We have this doe that has huge swollen utters and is now starting to "retain water" by her brisket. I am not sure what is actually retaining there but when she walks it looks like water swaying around. Have any of you seen this happen before? What do I need to do? Scott, Thanks for the reply! What do you guys suggest to do with the fawn?? We have several does that allow any fawn to milk on them. We have this doe seperated from the rest of the deer and her fawn so we can send her through the chute easier. We are continueing to check the fawn to make sure its feeding or has a full belly and we havent seen it eat in 2 days but the belly seems full each time. Do you guys think its best to just keep watching her and let her feed off another mother or pull her and try bottle feeding. Shes 12 days old now. Thanks!

Thanks guys, her fawn has been doing great on another mother! We have been running her through the chute daily milking her and giving her shots. We have reduced the swelling tremendously and we milked her until blood began to come out. we got a few blood clots to come out as well. Now we are wondering do we stop because its bloody or do you continue to get all that out of there. The milk was not cottage cheese like. It seemed like a normal fluid. What do you guys know about blood in the udders and whether or not it should be milked out? Thanks Again!!
