Here is a few updated pictures of our yearling XWL Tombstone.

I wish I was better with a camera, he is much bigger in person.

He has one of the BEST frames for a yearling that I've seen Chris. You don't have to be a professional photographer to see that he's an awesome yearling!

You couldn't give me a pen full of high scoring trashy yearlings for one of him. He's special for sure! Congrats again!

Thanks, Micheal and Russ, we think he is a nice deer. I think he will be bigger every year.

I just like his Frame.

Just wanted to share a picture of my Maxin PC 2yr old. Unfortunately he broke the end of his beam off while I was on vacation. He doesn't compare to any of the deer on this post but I am proud of him.

i was wondering if you decided to darted that buck or not because one of our yearlings did the same thing except he broke his off about 8 inches at the end of his main beam. If you darted him, what did you use?

Here's Neeby's Birchwood son. Man that's one nice typical yearling, not an extra inch on him.

These are some of the RDM boys 7-31. Looking bigger and better every year. Gold Bucky is one of the prettiest bucks in the country and produces very well. Timberbuck has a awesome looking two year old crop coming on, be watching for them! Durango and Hawkeye will also be over 300" as 3yr olds.

Any interest on semen from these bucks call Rod & Dianne. They are some of the best people in the business to work with.

Russ went to the pens this morning and all was well with the deer. X-Factor, Rocky, Gold Dust, Geyser, Dream Catcher, True Blue, & Level King were all in great shape. Came back after lunch to check on all of them and Level King had broken one of the inside drop tines on his left beam. This was not the really big drop tine. It was hanging on but bleeding really bad. At that point we knew he had to be put down to stop the bleeding. Sadly enough we were to late and he died before Russ could get him darted. Sad day, he was really making a great deer and what a joy to watch him grow this summer. Words could not be truer than what I said in my last post a day or so ago. Good Luck & Good Health to All !!! You need them both. You never know when tragedy will strike.

Wow that sucks with level king. That just shows how much blood flows through these great animals this time of year.Cant imagine having to deal with that!! Sorry for the loss!!

Wayne, I am truly sorry for the tragic loss of Level King. I have been enjoying your posts and looked forward to watching him grow these past few months. My thoughts are with you...

Wayne, I am so sorry also. That thought crosses my mind everyday when I go my to pens.I have some of the best yearlings and fawns I have ever had this year. The day them gators got my two best buck fawns out of one of 12 pens I was so sick but I was able to go around my the pens and Thanks God for what I had left. And I'll be doggonit if I aint still got some great yearlings and fawns left. My buck Fawns are looking awesome, I got several with great big Knots right now, way bigger than last years crop.
