Some of our younger deer are finally catching up with the quick starters. We have our best crop of 2 year olds and yearlings ever. I'm just starting to take some pictures. I'm headed out to OH this week and will have pictures by the end of the week.

Here is a deer we are very excited about that is a result of the best breeding we've ever made. This deer is Timberjack on a DoubleDown doe. I like Doubledown so much that I cleaned Dustin out of most of his DoubleDown does. I probably have more than he does! :)

With this cross you have HighRoller and Goliath on top and pure Flees antler producing energy on bottom!

We have some very nice 2 year olds and yearlings from this breeding. We have one 2 year old that might push 300 and several others that are real wide and framy with mass and lots of extras!. Both Timberjack and DoubleDown are huge body deer so these deer are all huge bodied.

This is Cadillac Jack. He is a 6X6 and about 25-27 inside and about 40 inches outside with good mass. We have selected him as a breeder for 2011. Thanks for looking. The deer on this thread are un-real!

We had some cooler weather on Thursday here so I knocked down Riptide to doctor up a hoof that has been bothering him for a better part of the summer. I am amazed that he has grown what he has this year.

Over the winter he had one hoof removed along with two bones in the same leg. I truly believe that he would have been much better had he not been 40-50 lbs under weight all summer, but I'm glad he is alive.

I threw a tape on him and he grossed 303 with a 202inch 5x5 mainframe with 29 inch beams and 24 on the inside. I was very impressed. This is our first 300 inch 3 year old that we have grown and it looks to be one of three from this year.

Riptide will be getting some girls this fall for sure down at Miller Mtn. Whitetails this fall.
