We moved Ballistic yesterday and had the opportunity to score him. Our preliminary results based on a conservative measurement puts him at 561-6/8!!! We decided not to saw him at this time since he carries it pretty well. We had a whole team of assistants, witnesses and staff on board to help. Ballistic will be the subject of an upcoming Wild Rivers TV show.

His pedigree is in our ad in the NADEFA magazine and the recent Minnesota deer breeders magazine. It will also be in Donna Boy's gazette and Deer Tracking coming out soon. For the record he is a son of HyJax, who is a HighRoller/Jack the ripper cross. So that makes him a High Roller grandson.

We just took time to look over the scoring sheet and realized he had 88 scoreable points! Wow that is even more than we thought!

Here is the ad they ran in the MN Deer Breeders last newsletter. Hope you don't mind Gary and Jane! Thanks for your support to the MDBA as usual!!

We are drawing semen on October 8 - get your orders in now for this breeding season.

Also will be taking orders for 2012 fawns from Ballistic. We'll give you the breeding cross we will be doing with him - live breeding.

He is the largest buck ever and we haven't sawed him!

Here are some pics of Ballistic that I posted on another thread.

Congrats Gary & Jane I know you are excited!!! You've done a great job getting him grown out, I know how hard it is. Good Luck & Good Health. You can see the light at the end of the tunnel now.

He should be coming out of velvet any time now. He still is OK carrying his antlers - which is pretty unusual for any of the big guys. We haven't sawed him - so if anyone is coming this way and still wants to see him they can.
