Just curious. I know where there is a HUGE one that got cut off and SCI Master scored today. I think he might be the biggest ever, but want to find out.

I show Say it aint so Shadow at 294@ 1. This came from Billy's ad and this was a velvet score. The one I know of is bigger.

If the one your talking about is over 300, he iffy be the biggest? What's his bottom side? You also know we all want to see pics

Buzz,

The question is biggest "Shadow" yearling. Not biggest yearling.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but how are Shadow does producing? Obviously we all know that his sons have got it, but are his daughters "doing it" as well?

I have an yearling buck that has not yet been measured but appears to be well over 300 inches. He is a Rolex son out of Borntrager on the bottom. Storm who was a Borntrager buck is in this one 4 times.

I dont have good pictures yet nor do I have all the information. He was SCI Master scored at either 296 or 297 this weekend. The buck is in Michigan on Kelly Powell and Dan Spoelmans farm.

We had him scored by a SCI Master scorer and he came up with 295 2/8" hard horn. This buck has a great 6x7 main frame with a 21 3/8 inside spread and 41 scoreable points. His Dam is Rusty who is also the mother of Tarexx and comes from Grizzly's Mom's line. Pictures are coming.

I'm not sure about other farms, but my oldest bucks out of Shadow daughters are buck fawns this year. My first round of fawns from Shadow daughters were all does. This year, however, I have 4 or 5 buck fawns. The verdict may be out on Shadow *****, but I know where I'm hedging my bet! :)

Congrats to WMW and GFF on a great yearling buck. Keep him alive and healthy and he will kick some tail for you! Oh yeah, if he has a sister, I'll bet she'll produce big also! :)

Dan that is a great looking buck you guys have there.

CONGRATS!!!!!

As many in the industry know a few months ago we were selling off all our deer. (A mistake on my part I guess. I should have took more time and thought through everything first)

Anyway one of the does I still have and will be moving to a new home is a Shadow/Maxbo/Y0289. (Y0289 is the grandma on the dam side to Updraft and Downdraft) So she is a double bred Maxbo **** also. Her name is Scarlet. I am excited to still own her.
