Each year the USSA continues to advance its mission of granting more free hunting and fishing trips throughout the country. This weekend seven special kids will attend USSA and County Horn Hunter’s first whitetail dream hunt in Lucasville, OH. Also, in Belhaven, NC four special kids will go on both a deer hunt and a bear hunt. Please keep these kids and their guides in your prayers for a safe and successful hunt. God bless!!

Over the weekend eight special kids attended the Scioto County Horn Hunter’s and USSA’s first whitetail dream hunt in Lucasville, OH. The name “Scioto” derived from an Indian word meaning deer or deer hunting!



Jerry Drake, USSA’s OH State Rep. said the hunt was a great success and four kids harvested a deer. The Scioto County Horn Hunters Whitetail Unlimited chapter is already planning next year’s deer hunt as well as a turkey hunt in spring. The Belhaven, NC hunt was a great success too; four USSA kids harvested two bear and six deer.



Congratulations to Jefferies who harvested 5 deer on Saturday morning and shared his venison with other families. God bless!
