warts or ticks ?

Those are what they call Papillomas . It`s a virus. normally around the fall they seem to fall off cause the deer tend to pick at them. Like Wayne said they are a wart . Ugly but not harmful.
This female is one year old and has developed some sores on the side of her face. Does anyone know what it is and what can be done about it.
