Antlers 2013

This pure tx 2yr old has really made us happy this year. We knew he was bred good but anytime a buck really blows up early it gets you excited!

This is a son of Loopy who was 372 last year and unfortunately died this spring. He was one of the largest pure tx deer ever.

His mother is the full sister to the hardcore yearling I posted above.

I think he has around 40 points now and incredible mass. I cannot wait to see him 4-6 weeks from now!

This last one is my favorite buck. He is a great yearling that was part of a trio June 23, 2012. He was a mere 3.3# and had slipped through the gate into the alleyway. I don't think he was there too long but I'm sure glad we found him quickly. We bottle raised him due to his size and the fact that his momma is one of my sweethearts and unwanted to be as easy on her as I could.

I will try to get pics of his big brother up in a few days but I am very proud of this little guy! He is so gentle and near to have in the pens. Some tame bucks get annoying but this guy is really calm and cool and just wants a little scratch every now and then!

qzilla, you sure are growing some amazing bucks. They are looking really good, I would not hesitate to use any of the ones you posted for a breeder, they all have a great look.

Here are a couple of our bucks. The first picture is Casanova. He's a two year old Loverboy/Thermal/Soaring Eagle son. The second is our largest/widest yearling named Ozzy, he is a 3/4 brother to Casanova. The third picture is another wide yearling named Eruption. He is a Superwide Ranger/Bambi Escalade son. The last picture is a buck named Kanyon. He's a two year old Juneau/Ferguson son. He is quite a surprise to us.

I'm going off memory here but I think he's Peacock Ranger/PJ on the bottom. I'll check for certain when I get home. I also have an Interpreter yearling that looks promising.
