Virgil,

I don't know where windows8 icon is on my cell phone so I can't post thumbnail photos. I bred with two sons of your Extra Gold buck last fall as yearlings. One out of a Thunderstorm doe & the other out of an Allstar doe. Both were two of the nicest typical yearlings we had on the farm. The one out of the Allstar doe was around 20" inside with long well spaced tines.

You can see Extra Golds full pedigree on whitetail quest.

I only had one yearling out of him last year and he ripped his pedical out of his head. Know of three other yearlings in Pa and they were all 130-150 typical. Hope all do well as two year olds and stay typical.Extra Gold was only around 130 as yearling.

Here is a picture of one of his yearlings from Pa18070:Tran-118071:2013080395180807.

I have two bucks and 2 does out of E.G.  One will be fawning this year as a 2yo excited to see what she produces, she is out of a W0064 doe.  The 2 bucks are out of that same doe also.  One looks to have huge mass.  I need to get some pics of him and post.

Virgil,

Coby and Jerri Lee turned me on to Extra Gold. I am very happy with his offspring. My yearling sons were all three pretty and very clean typical out of him. Dad had the sheds from one of them at Nadefa. He entered them and as a typical yearling & got second place. The yearling picture you posted is even a little bigger than ours I think. He is very nice. Extra Gold's semen was very good quality and we had very good conception. It was two years back now but I believe we got 100%.

Thanks for giving him a chance hope they do well as two year olds. If you have pics would like to see.Found out Extra golds other yearlings went to preserve as yearlings last fall. They were in 140-150 range.

Thanks Jerri Lee for posting photo. We bred a few doe to the yearling buck posted. We named him "Logo". We had another Extra Gold yearling we bred with also he was 4-5" wider. He also was clean with good tine length. We cut him early because we put him in with some of our best and older doe. He bred Allstars sister & Sheriff mom in back-up. Sorry we never took his photo. The yearlings are so fast on their feet. They can turn your best doe into a pin cushion in a flash. He had those razor sharp looking tines. We named him "Shine". His mom was an Allstar girl.

Thanks for pis and can't wait to see what they do at two. Hoping they stay clean at two. He has not been bred to very many doe and so far he has done well.

Neeby, thanks for the comp never to late if you like big framed typical.

Still have semen available. 50 straws for sale all together. Will give good deal for whole package. Call or text number on bottom.

The one on the rights dam is an Allstar doe and the 5 by 5 looking away on the left by a Thunderstorm doe. Picture is from last Saturday. We used the wider one as a yearling to backup our Lap AI. We named him Shine. Shine is clean est 190-200 @ 2 with good tine and beam length. We had mostly buck fawns out of him including twin bucks by Allstar's little sis who missed AI to Banjo. We are pleased with the three 2 year old sons we have by Extra Gold.
