Maxbo Solidcore ( 8 years old, twin to Maxbo Hardcore) and Ribot ( Lucky ranger/ Solidcore doe)
Which is which?
This was news to me that Solidcore went down there. How about that. Who holds the semen rights and how much is it now? Who collected and processed it? I had been considering him recently for a planned future breeding on something I have coming up.

Looking awesome Ryan! Can't wait to see those two boys grow out. They both have a good bit of growing to do yet. This is just the tip of the iceberg for Texas Tea sons... many more BEASTS to come soon!
Roger, Maxbo solidcore is on the right side of the picture. We bought him fro Levi mast and moved him to Louisiana in the fall of 2012. He has done very well in the south and is very popular with the southern deer farmers. I own the semen rights, earl Souva collected him in 2013 and January 2014. We sell the semen for $800/ straw and give discounts for quantities of 5 straws or more.

If Maxbo solidcore is in good health we plan to collect him in late October and we consider Earl Souva among the best at collecting bucks so Earl will collecting him again if he is collected.
Couldn't agree more.... Earl Souva in my opinion is the best, and semen that isn't fit for storing doesn't get stored. I paid an arm and a leg to have a buck sexed and ended up making only conventional straws from another processor. Turns out it was less than 17% on a 2 hr thaw. NOT even fit for farm use. Earl collected and processed the buck a few weeks later and that collection is rated 'excellent'.

Lil Hotrod our 2yo he isnt the biggest but we like his look and with any luck he will be a lot bigger and prettier next year at 3
