I would like to extend an invitation for you to join us at the Pennsylvania Deer Farmer’s Association’s 12th Annual Spring Meeting and Benefit Auction on Saturday April 13th, 2013. We are excited to try a new venue this year. The auction will be held at the Kovalchick Complex, located on the IUP college campus in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
We would like you to consider donating an item or items to the Association’s Benefit Auction. Furniture, crafts, services, deer equipment, deer, live breedings, semen, and gift certificates are just a few donated items that are on the list so far.
Simply fill out the form on our website www.pdfa.com and send it to the following address before February 28, 2013 to have your information in the catalog: PDFA Spring Benefit Auction Committee, Kelly Pittenger, 4733 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, PA 17754, [email protected]
If you miss the deadline, that’s ok, we will still accept donations up until the sale starts on the 13th of April, but they may not make the catalog. You may donate more than one item, please fill out a separate form for each donation.
Booth spaces are available to anyone who donates an item to the Association for the Spring Benefit Auction. The booth space includes pipe, drapes, and electricity. Please make sure you let us know if you are interested in a booth because booth spaces are limited and are first come first serve.
**We are accepting full page ads for the catalog (5" wide x 8" high). Please check the box on the consignment form and email your ad to [email protected] before March 1st, 2013. Make sure to include ad payment with your form. Hope to see everyone there!
