Average deer size?

I am fairly new to deer farming. I inherited a small herd of 16 deer last year. I bought a buck fawn from a breeder. It was approx 6 weeks old when I received him. The question I have is he seems to be small compared to what I was thinking he should be at this point. He will be one year old this June. I am guessing his weight at approx 80-90 lbs. His antler growth has just begun, and seems very small also. He is on the same pellet from DeKalb Feeds as the rest of the herd. It is a 16% protein pellet. Anybody out there got any advise to a beginning deer farmer as to size and also the normal diet I need to ensure they are all getting. Thanks so much!
