Thanks for the info. I read before that It's a good practice to keep all drugs warm when darting in the winter. A dart with near freezing meds going into the muscle of a 101 degree animal can be quite a sting to the animal.
Thanks for the follow up on your experience. Sounds like you were treated extremely well from a customer service standpoint. That and the fact that BAM work so much better than anything we've used in the past are both reasons why even the strongest naysayers should at least give it a try. I'm not trying to push it on anyone, but it's kinda comical with so many experienced deer farmers having such incredible success with Bam... that there are still folks that can't help but chime in and give their .02 cents. It's fine if you don't wanna try it, but why feel the need to comment on something that you don't even use? It's like the anti's putting down high fence when they haven't even been to a high fence operation.
And excellent point Matt!!! It's not just BAM that you have to worry about freezing when darting/medicating. Hopefully the people in extreme temps up north are taking precautions to ensure proper delivery of all their meds so that it's not so traumatic to the deer.
