Big Belly on Fawn

Hey guys..I have a doe fawn that has a pretty big belly. She was NOT bottle fed. She ate off of momma. She appears to be healthy. She's eating grain...grazing etc. She doesn't lay around acting ill or anything. Is it normal for some to just have bigger bellies? She looks like a little pregnant fawn. I don't know what to try and give her if anything. Probiotic paste or something? I DON'T know about if her stool stool is runny or hard yet.Oh...she's 3-1/2 months

I also have two buck fawns with big bellys I was told that some fawns just have big bellys I prefer to think there just extra healthy.

Mine have been like that since I took them in and they are thriving maybe yours had a bacterial problem ...sorry for your loss
