Just got back from Nathan Blosser's farm and all I can say is wow!! He has some real bruisers as usual. The one buck that caught my eye was BW Yukon. He is much larger this year with double drops and some serious tine length. BW Double Drop has put it on again, and he has a 3 year old Shadow son he calls BW Moonshine that is BIG!! I will attatch pics of all the deer, or at least as many of them as I can.

Unfortunatley BW XLT, BW Grand Canyon, and BW Black Canyon had to have their antler removed due to antler infection possibilties. All of them are doing fine now. All of them were REAL big, but, as Nathan told me, better safe than sorry. We'll have to wait till next year to see them grow out.

All I can say is WOW!! That is one beautiful set of bucks, Yukon and Double drop are what my dream buck would look like!!! Congratulations on some incredible bucks.

How did Yukon turn out? Where is Sundowner at? What happened to the twin brother to that great Maxbo XL 2yr old? Wonderful frames on those deer!

Check out the first page of this thread. BW Yukon is the first picture on the first post. Sundowner is owned by Billy Sage and I believe he is on his farm. BW XL 747 (One of the two XL yearlings) is on the first post, fourth picture down. BW XL XLT (The other XL yearling) had to have his antlers removed due to infection issues, along with Grand Canyon and Black Canyon, but they are all doing fine now.

Here is a pic of another Yukon 2 year old.

Yukon is really is starting to show his production capabilities at Nathan's. If you look through the pics there are four Yukon two year olds. With all the great bucks Nathan has had, Yukon hasn't got much work, but his 2 year olds are really starting to stand out on his farm. There are probably 8 - 10 two year old Yukon sons that look as good as the ones pictured, just not enough time in the day to get pics of them all. He is throwing frame, width, tine length, and just enough extras to make them look awesome. Remember, Yukon is out of Sundowner and a King David doe. King David is a BW Goliath/Mary cross. You will find this cross on the back end of a lot of Nathan's big deer.



With the current trend in semen prices Nathan has dropped the price of a straw of Yukon from $2500 to $1750. No contracts, no hassles, just buy and AI as many does as you want with it. If anyone is interested you can PM me or give Nathan a call.

Here is a picture I really like, BW Yukon and BW Ticket standing together. Wish they were in my pen!!! I'd have to guard it 24/7, these boys are big.
