I am looking to have pens up in 3-5 years. Just trying to spend as much time around the industry as possible before I jump in. I was wondering if anyone had a business plan I could get a copy of to get an idea of some of the specifics as far as finances. Also any diagrams as far as pen layout and handling facilities would be awesome.
