not wanting to start an argument, just looking for information. as a new deer breeder in kansas i am TB and Bangs certified,cwd monitered. as such i can import and export from my state. it is my understanding that texas is a closed state. at least most producer can not export. if this is accurate,why is the top 30 sale held there? would someone explain how and why the state of texas program works?
