I am looking to do a 21 day treatment on my fawns and i am wondering how many CC's to put in each bottle? I would like to get it going here in the next few days. I appreciate any input. Thanks a lot!

Corid can be poisonous/toxic...

I would be very careful...

Corid is no longer recommended by many professionals because

(a) some strains of coccidia have become resistant to it.

and

(b) Corid is a thiamine (Vitamin B1) inhibitor.

I USE SULMET 12.5%

JUST MY THOUGHTS ON THE MATTER!!!

corrid definitly did not work for me so be careful as i do think after talking with many PA vets that our strain of coccidia is resistant to it as billie jo stated above.......I use Marguis and it seemed to do the trick (fingers crossed).......I will hope my fawns will get their preventative treatment when they start eating my deer feed!!

Drew, we use Corid when necessary in the bottles and start out with 3 cc's the first day, then 2 cc's the second and 3 more days with 1 cc each day. This has always worked for us.

Drew you may want to talk with Robbie......she is the one that steered me to a Dr Wagner which believe is down your way......anyhow he has done a lot of talks on coccidiosis and is the one that believes a lot of our strains here in Pa are resistant to corrid.......just a thought..........I know it works well for many but I can assure you I struggled with coccidia for three years and finially found a product that works and I used the corrid in many different ways prescribed by many different vets and it never seemed to help my fawns.....I just don't want anyone to have to go through what I have........good luck!!
