one of our bucks got out of the pen or I should sau someone left the gate open we are trying to get him back in he is staying around is it a good idea? we have other bucks in the pen also would they fight now or still get along?

In Minnesota, you only have 24 hours to get escapees back in before they must be destroyed. You better be careful with how you proceed. We also must report to Board of Animal Health/DNR immediately.

If you have a empty pen where he is hanging out open the gate or cut the fence and feed him back into the pen. He's probably hungry.

Yes and definitely do not tell the game wardens. If you are a certified owner. You are aloud to put that animal back in its pen. You will be quarantined. And you must have a animal in your head tested. In a certain amount of time. Don't let anyone tell you different. And the game wardens will terminate that animal on sight. And you do not have to tell the game comision he is out either. Fill out your escape paper work. And go through the chain of command on your end. I'm going through the same thing trust me. I'm learning the hard way.
