Deer lingering in my backyard

A deer came into my backyard today, which is common at this time, but she doesn't want to leave. Usually they leave pretty quickly. She ate some apples that had fallen from my tree onto the ground, but now she's just hanging around. Has been here for about 3 hours. Usually I see them as a group of 3, but she's by herself. Do you think she is sick? Any recommendations?

Thank you. She finally left, but it seemed like she was limping slightly, and had a mark on one leg that seemed like a sore that was healing.
