Well I don't have to pipe dream here, I did buy a straw just in case I don't win the contest, haha. I like the no restrictions so I have 3 does that I will be breeding to him.
Maxbo Supreme/Soaring Eagle/Blitzen - I chose this because her mother is also the mother to Amos Kaufman's over-sized Shadow yearling who will probably be one of the top scoring yearlings of all time.
Eclipse/Savage/Tami - Energizer is already starting to show his non-typical characteristics, so I'm using that to my advantage. I figured since just about anything you breed to Eclipse goes typical, so the more bone the better; not to mention the mother of this doe is also Knockout's mom who was well into the 200's as a 2yearold with a real nice frame.
GB Geronimax/RDM Goliath - I've only got typicals from this doe line believe it or not, including 3 very nice Wesson yearlings from her mother. Just going with what works and bringing multiple generations of 300"-400" genetics in on this doe real strong.
I suggest giving Russ a call if you really want something from this buck, before he is sold out, if not already. But for guys that don't have a doe that they feel is good enough to use him on, I was contemplating selling the last doe I mentioned; she gave AI triplets her first time this year. I know you're not supposed to sell in these forums so if there's anyone interested in supporting the Energizer cause you can just send me a message and I'll give you some more info.
