Auto Email Responses, which include won item messages, outbid messages and billing information, is being flagged as JUNK mail.
You will need to apply the following steps to ALLOW all email to appear in your Inbox from Whitetail Exchange.
If you use Hotmail / Outlook and want to continue receiving auction updates, please to the following:
HOW TO ADD WHITETAIL EXCHANGE TO SAFE SENDERS LIST:
1. Log into Hotmail/Outlook
2. Click on the Gear in the upper right hand corner
3. Click on Options from the pull-down menu
4. Click on "Safe and Blocked Senders"
5. Type the following into the box:
@whitetailexchange.com
6. Click the Add to List Button
7. You done!
