We have several deer that appear to be shedding. I was mildly concerned with it being too early for them to be losing their winter coats, but they all appear healthy otherwise. We just had this picture come through on one of our cameras. I realize the picture isn’t the best quality but any ideas of what might be causing this? Could this just be regular shedding or does it look more like mange/some type of infection/nutritional deficiency/etc?
