Fallow deer in Nj?

Hi everybody, we just acquired a 26 acre lot in New Jersey and are looking into the feasibility of deer farming. After some research, I believe that we want to raise fallow deer. I am looking for any & all information in relation to this, the legality, where to sell meat, requirements for their keeping, etc. thanks in advance for the help!
