Now that I am retired I will be bottle feeding my fawns. Looking for imput on what people have built and what is working for them. Will be feeding 20 to 30 of the little terds. So Demountable or Permanet. Any websites that have videos of what they have. Thanks, Mr. Mom

The PADFA spring magazine had a good article about a fawn facility. I will have to look up the farm that had it but they built one of those hoop green houses with roll up sides(I think they were roll up for ventalation) But their fawn boxes were cool. The fawn was elevated on a rubber coated pedestrian grating like you would see on a kids playground. That way all urine and crap fell away from the fawn and it kept them nice and dry and clean all the time. I will find the farm name and you can give them a call.
From what I have heard from others using similar boxes or pens they are only kept in them to start them on the bottle. And their stay is usually a week to ten days and are kept in a climate controlled area. (building) Then moved to an outside pen with a little more room and greens. Lots of interesting thoughts...ideas and conversation on just what works for others. Made some new friends too. ;-)
