Fawn needs your help

I live in FL and our fawns start dropping at this time of the year he's. Hes been abandoned, blind, worms in his stool, and spins in circles acouple times a day. I'm not sure if he got mommas colostrum either. My wife has him on powered goat milk gave him 0.1 ml of ivermec for the worms last night and 1ml of penicillin also. I deal with cows and horses so this is very new to me and I'm trying to give the little fella a fighting chance any help would be great thank you

I talked to a vet out of Texas that deals with white tails about the fawn. I felt guilty about calling him I understand nothing is for free and his time is valuable but he really took his time to explain to me what different Problems that fawn might be facing. But what he has me starting him on is 1 cc of V-B with thiamin for 3 days and 1 ml of pinochle for 5 day. And see how that gos. I've read a lot of post on here. I sure wish some of you more knowledge folks would of chimmed in to give advice because people like myself are as lost as that blind fawn I'm trying to help.But either way I did learn somethings from the different post and thank you for that..I'm hopeing for the best for the little fella
