getting ready for may and want to know what kind of paste for the fawns to use and should I use it on the fawn bucks that I will leave with doe

thanks Ed

Ed, I use the Target fawn paste last year and will be doing the same this year. It is a great product and I used it on all the fawns born last year. 1/2 tube when I tagged and the other 1/2 the next day and anytime they were sick or medicated

Target fawn paste is what we use also. Great product & we actually keep it on hand for scours other problems that might arise.

Ed - please let me know if you have any questions about Target Probiotics Fawn Paste. I only started selling it after using it for a few seasons and realizing what a fantastic product it is, and how much it has helped my program.

Thanks for all of the endorsements, guys!

THE WHOLE TARGET LINE IS "AWESOME"......We used fawn paste and special blend 12 last season and had excellent results!

Hey Ed, we will have a case of TARGET fawn paste on our benefit auction listing on whitetailexchange.com in the next week. Look for it being posted on there and ending March 27.

We love the Target products and use them all season long. I like to wait until the 2nd day to give paste to fawns unless they show signs of needing additional supplements. IMHO it is better for the fawn to get as much dam colostrums as possible in the first 12/24 hours after birth. It takes longer for a newborn stomach to digest paste which could cause them to turn down the dam's offers to nurse during that first day. Fawns seem to do much better in the long run when getting the first milk antibodies needed to protect them.
