Below is a copy and paste of an email sent to me. Can anyone help them out? They read the forums but don't know how to post. If you have ideas post them below. Thank you.


We have fawns with white smelly

scours at week 3 of age then die

within 5-7 days, we think ecoli

they are on the mom, have given

tetradure, ivermectin, fawn paste

C&E, detox paste on some,

all died, have one left, just born 3 1/2 weeks ago.

No doubt Ecoli....Catch that last one and stick the Baytril or/and Exceed to it and also a full dose of C&D Antitoxin!
 
Four seasons is RIGHT ON THE MONEY!  Ecoli is a KILLER!   Good Luck

Scours could be anything including a parasite that lives in the area of the small intestine just beyond the stomach. The parasite lives in the lining of the intestine preventing adsorbtion of nutrients. You should check with your Veterinarian for a definitive diagnosis which can be done by examining a sample of the stool (poop).
