Fawn Trouble, Help!

I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance because I'm way past my expertise level. I have a week old doe fawn that I'm very worried about losing. She was being bottle fed at a friends deer farm because my facility wasn't ready when we bought her mother. I got a worried call from my friend today stating that this little fawn was pulled from her mother 24 hours after birth and since then he has not been able to get her to feed on the bottle more then one ounce at a time. I've brought her home to give her more attention and try and save her. She is skinny and very lethargic. Her eyes are cloudy and she has a runny and very smelly orange discharge. I gave her 100cc's of ringers and a 4 cc's of B-12 complex subQ. I force fed about 6 ounces in red cap over a couple of hours. She had all of her vaccinations and shots at birth. Her temp is 100.1.

Can someone give me some advice as to the beat way to get her to drink and is there anything else I could or should be giving her to help her along?

Thanks in advance.

Brett send a private mesage or call Robbie she seems to be one of the more experienced fawn people on the sight.

I had a fawn get the run's bad, but never quit taking the bottle. I used 3cc Albon and 5cc Target fawn paste for 3 days and it took care of the problem. I also am feeding red cap but on advice from others I cut the milk 50/50 with water for a few days. I was also told not to force feed a fawn. The Albon seemed to firm him up quick and he was like water on day 1 and back to pellets by day 3
