I have a couple week old baby Fawn and she was constipated, I gave her mineral oil in her bottle and that did not work for a few days. Today a soft fecal matter blob came out and now when I wipe her there is blood on the baby wipe. When I first got her she pooped three times and it was solid and then I switched from powdered formula goats milk to liquid goats milk. I need help I am super worried about her. She is bright eyed and drinking bottles really good. Any advice on helping her with the blood and should I switch her back to the powder?
