Fawn with "sore" on face.

Can anyone help me identify what this might be? Could it be fungi or bacterial or viral or parastic?

Boy that is a tough one......you sure its not just an old would from hitting on the fence or somehing?

I have that very same thing around the eyes of some mature bucks. I have squeezed them and nothing comes out. If you look close at the hard horn PJ pics, he has one under his right eye. What are these??????



I will try to get a pic of ours.

She has been out in the pen and another fawn has it to, but we also have one in the stall that has a sore like it too.

I just saw an article in Deertracking Mag. that had a picture of something like this. I havn't got to read it yet, it may have the answer.

It looks like ring worm to me.
