Get two 2 by 4's..Drill 4 holes thru both and use bolts and washers to make your own...Slap the fence between the 2 and tighten the nuts and washers and stretch...Works great!
2-4 weeks? Just replacing some old fence. What kind do you have? Any pictures of it?
I made and used a couple of those homemade stretchers today. Worked like a charm. Thanks for sharing.
